perverted climber. boo.

wow. harsh. antagonistic. very very angry. I'd say another tragedy is that there are people so stupid that they cannot see that "Marxism" was and is, for the thinking person, mainly descriptive, not prescriptive. it's an immensely rich avenue of inquiry and discourse. where i fall off is when people endorse its barely formed prescriptive theoretics, without acknowledging its tremendous short-comings and misapplications.

ah come on, yer just teasing! this non-climber can tell you are a ravishing young woman who has the common sense to stay away from the climber type! not that i have anything against old and fat, mind you....
-
ignore him. he's a climber.
-
bad for you, swore off the stiff i mean stuff! no i mean it's stiff and all, no wait i just mean i don't climb anymore.
-
i quit climbing, ummmm 10 minutes ago!

I'm not saying it does. The point is to maintain some fricking perspective! It seems people have lost all ability to differentiate between levels of magnitude or recognize inequalities in power relations. I don't think I'm ready to start hauling members of the French Resistance before a court to answer for killing Nazis or branding people freeing monkeys with electrodes on their balls terrorists. It's simply absurd. agreed.

You mean like when he and his sons hacked to death 5 fellow human beings in Pottawatomie, Kansas? Yes; I would say that made him a terrorist--which is why he was hung. 400 million dead Africans and John Brown's the terrorist. Riight. More of the same reactionary sound and fury as the previous posts about the end of civilization, barbarians at the gate, and the environmental devastation caused by burning four really ugly, empty houses. Fascinating, any number of today's news stories that should be drawing these howls of condemnation, in which something or someone was actually harmed. Where's your bluster for the first American suicide attack of the week at Wendy's or US Marines throwing puppies off cliffs? These incidents seem better indicators of civilizational health than some well-meaning, frustrated, and misguided kids risking their liberty to make a political statement. Get a fucking grip. i don't think one nefarious deed excuses another. i would simply like to see some moral and political consistency from the fairweather fellow, but i suppose his ideological blinders will not allow for such.

sheeit. i thought he just had the upper goods thing happening.

don't you think that since the bomb would have been so smart, it would have more than made up for these silly little formalities?
-
Tvashy does a pretty good impersonation; does that count?

You mean like when he and his sons hacked to death 5 fellow human beings in Pottawatomie, Kansas? Yes; I would say that made him a terrorist--which is why he was hung. what if he would have used a smart bomb instead of hackery?

ugh. overweight show car. i guess that fits right in with your urban sprawl (although a TT might fit even better!). Get an M3. Or at that price point, consider a porche 911. or the friggin nissan skyline gt-r. yeah it doesn't have the ostentation of the other imports, but yer not buying for the ostentation, right?
-
he doesn't like it because of the impact it would have on his next paycheck.

what if you accessed the hard drive through someone else's computer?

"got it's share"? says you? one can just as easily argue that no taxes are fair. it's rather arbitrary that you choose to use this definition when deciding on what is fair or not. i think it's MORE than fair, since federal revenue is needed, and i think it should come proportionately from those with more to give. exactly. and i say "tax the rich".

You forget that people only obtained such property through help from the very same government! bullshit. actually, in a fundamental sense, it isn't bullshit, since the entire economic system wouldn't exist without a governmental structure of some sort. the game is set up within parameters outlined and enforced through government's reach, and in this game, some are way better than others. i think it's disingenius to suggest that, in this sense, government isn't helping out the successful game-players.

do you have the technical expertise to build your own computer? that way you could avoid using a mac.

you have to account for infrastructure, and where in all likely-hood the settlement would be. the problem with sprawl is WHAT is being sprawled upon, ie. sensitive ecosystems, small farms, other areas that would most benefit the public at large.
-
what was his tax raise? do you remember?
-
you never responded to my note about the fiscal responsibility of clinton. even greenspan, an avowed republican, has the non-partisan integrity to commend clinton on this. i can't say clinton was of the left, but....

that's really not true. you hav to account for infrastructure, and where in all likely-hood the settlement would be. the problem with sprawl is WHAT is being sprawled upon, ie. sensitive ecosystems, small farms, other areas that would most benefit the public at large.
