The power of...Facebook? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7225824.stm

I wonder why she's wearing that stopwatch. Not a real blonde.
-
Does she know about all your hate? BTW; Kev's right. Too skinny. No tits.

Back in the snow-shed days I don't remember the pass ever being closed. So what's up? More snow? More lawyers? More traffic? Smaller budget? I don't get it. The pass seems to close for full days every year now.

How much privacy are you willing to give up for nationalized health care?

Lotta liberals are OK with McCain. That's fine, but just realize he has an 82% lifetime rating with the American Conservative Union. If that's not good enough for Limbaugh, I don't know what is. I suppose he probably wants Hillary to win. Good for his ratings, I'm sure. http://www.acuratings.org/2006all.htm#AZ'>http://www.acuratings.org/2006all.htm#AZ http://www.acuratings.org/

...the manner in which you said (wrote) it. I've heard Rush doesn't like McCain either. How does that jibe with your theory? Free speech works all around. Even for Rush Limbaugh. Cry baby.

Blinded by your own cookies!

But that would leave another tool in office. well said. Cheney is the best life insurance Bush ever bought. What has Cheney done for the last 8 years anyway? Besides shoot his friend? Ahh yes. More love from the left. Its always nice to see how you tools really think.

Maybe "someone" should kill you. Punk.

No he was a fan of Beer, Bourbon, B&B and Bolivian Cocaine. Yes, of course. Will you be holding Obama to these same high moral standards?
-
I like you Bug, but you show yourself to be yet another Kool Aid drinker by posting mostly-unsubstantiated drivel like this. BTW; it was a C+ average at Yale...and you left out his Master's Degree at Harvard. Of course GWB didn't need PELL Grants, but I'm sure he wouldn't have gone out and spent his on a new rope every year.

I'll be honest. I'll use my mountain bike where possible to maintain the level of access I once had. If that means having to mountain bike the last 5 miles of The Dosewallips Road, then I will ride five miles in-kind of traditional foot-only trail--probably not possible up the West Fork, but certainly feasible on the trail toward Hayden Pass. How's that for rebellion? And when the ONP volunteer asks me what the #$%^ I'm doing, I will point out simply that no one else seems to be using the trail anymore...and ride on. I'm fed up with this shit.

If they are obsessed with her, it's simply because she is so detestable and provides so much fodder. Oh yea; the typical FOX viewer doesn't like her much either, I suspect.

Sadly, I still think Hillary will probably win the Dem nomination. She and Bill pretty much run the Democratic Party, IMO. And they'll use any dirty trick in the book to cut Obama's legs out from beneath him. Sad, indeed.
-
As a McCain supporter from the get-go, I have been hoping for a Hillary nomination--simply because I think she'll be the easiest candidate for my party to defeat. But seeing the Clinton political machine fucking with Obama the past couple of weeks and throwing out race bait like candy has reminded me why I never liked Billary. They're poison. I find myself rooting for Obama despite the fact that I'm not sure McCain can beat him. I don't really care for any of Obama's ideas, but I think a fair fight between ideals is in order--and Obama represents a clear contrast versus McCain. It would be nice if the general election were such a clear choice for voters.

..is that in the back of it, the Maltese Falcon is everyplace.

Because his brother, Michael Bolton, would become upset and stop providing Nancy with those late evening 'planning sessions'?

Sounds like the "D's" are gonna try to hang some Christmas ornaments on this bipartisan love tree. I predict it will fall over a couple times before the gifts are opened. What a bunch of shit. Federal income taxes are reasonable - yes, even for the middle class. (There, I said it.) It's the state and local Hyenas we need to get under control. If the feds want to stimulate the economy, why not suspend the federal gas tax for a couple/few months? Or cut capital gains?
-
Respectfully, why do you consider the decommissioning of primary access road a 'respectable philosophy'? Long term this will result in a shrinking public interest in outdoor recreation and a shrinking public interest in protecting wilderness. This is what Ira Spring believed. I see no point in granting short-sighted elitists the title of "respectable".
-
If individuals who don't make enough money to actually pay any federal income tax are getting a $300 rebate, can it really be called a rebate? Also, I suspect that Washington state and local governments will simply snatch it out of our greedy little beaks the very second the feds regurgitate it into our mailbox.

I briefly read through the WTA link you provided and applaud your stands there. The hostile responses you received were sadly typical of environmental elitists now days. I believe strongly this road should be restored and not permanently added to "the list" that includes Westside Road, Suiattle River Road, Middle Fork Snoqualmie, Stehiken River Road, Ipsut Creek, Coplay Lake, etc, etc, etc. WTA needs to relinquish their claim that they support outdoor recreation enthusiasts if they are beholden to fringe environmental interests within their own organization. They adopted a similar position re Middle Fork Snoqualmie CCC Road - now watch as the Dutch Miller Trail disappears. WTA does NOT represent hikers. Tell your USFS/NPS manager.

Actually, you are pretty far off base. But I will say that the average high school senior should know the basics I outlined. Sounds like you don't.
