just depends what you're listening to, dude. aphrodite may not rock a house hard, but would it hurt you to give a little credit where it's due? stop being a cold prickly -- go smoke some spinach and chill!
-
what about having it near some big rocks ... or something else that's climb-able?
-
the headliner for may 20th is APHRODITE -- considered by many to be the founder of "jump up" ...
-
yeah ... like you're one to talk!
-
why l-worth and why not peshastin?
-
cool looking board!

there is cheese to be found in every genre of music. if you're getting bored with d'n'b that's either your fault for listening to boring stuff ... or else maybe it's just not *your* thing. good d'n'b will always get me more worked up than trance. btw, RAMMSTEIN f***ing rocks.

please no!!!

that's actually fairly interesting - thanks for sharing!

more like two sets of wheels, but i know at least a few guys with at least two boards - one for pool surfing; one for street riding. from what i understand, if you only do one sort of riding, one board will do ya ... but it does depend on what you like to do. if you want to do a lot of flip tricks you're better off getting a board designed to facilitate flipping. a longboard or a big freaking pool riding board is gonna suck for that! i'm not saying a good skater couldn't do everything with one board; i'm saying some boards make some stuff easier ... especially for someone who's just starting out! geez.

erik -- a skater punk? whoa, dude. flashback! i think saying all skateboards are pretty much the same is kind of like saying all cams are pretty much the same. to some extent. ps - snoboy, the car's running now and i'm hoping to have my mechanic paid off by the end of the month. (shit!!!) other than that, things are pretty darned good.

ha, ha.

hey, it's not like didn't appreciate the effort, but i needed more info than you could give me about said parts. and i know you were willing to let me SEE the stuff first, but i myself wouldn't have known *what* i was looking at. AND even though you said i could exchange the parts if i wanted, i didn't really want to have to drive out to "the worth" to do so. so, ERIK, i scored an awesome deck from a friend who had one of the makes i've been looking at getting, and i got killer deals on all the other parts ... and got just the set-up i wanted. weeeeee!!!

y'all get to live. i finally got me a set-up. me: woohoo!!!

if the drums are fast enough and the bass is deep enough, there are always girls willing to get ... um ... "randy" ...
-
well, i'm in my 30's. and i don't do meth. i just love d'n'b.
-
whatever, dude. different dj's every week, so if you chose to go when there were shitty dj's there then that's your loss. every time i've gone it's been LIVE, FULL, *and* HOPPING until they turned the lights back on and sent us home. slantooth rocks, and storm is one of the women who started d'n'b -- so tonight should be one of the better shows they've had in awhile. the baltic room also boasts the longest running d'n'b night in seattle. honestly, it ain't always THE SHIT, and it ain't ever loud enough ... but it's always better than any other d'n'b night in the area.

what does age have to do with it? i'm pretty hardcore into dnb/jungle ... and i ain't afraid to admit it. why, how old do you think i am??? you know, looks can be deceiving ...

tonight - may 13 headliner: STORM (metalheadz, uk) opener: SLANTOOTH (compound records) STORM: "... in 1994, goldie, who had by this time become a leading force in the [drum and bass] movement, established metalheadz records, which kemistry and storm helped him to manage. in large part an homage to those who had brought him to and nurtured goldie in drum 'n' bass music, metalheadz became an incubator for drum 'n' bass talent, with kemistry and storm dead center in the eye of the huricane." // kemistry was killed in a car accident in 1999, but storm lives on and continues to be a legend in our time ... SLANTOOTH: a local ...
