Does having my car prowled 6 time last season with nothing being taken count? If the KCSO would respond to a car prowl in progress there would not be a problem. Yet they have the nerve to consider exit 38 for sex predator houseing Then you could go climbing , fishing, biking...car prowled and raped in the same day

Never claim to be anything other than a fat old man that likes climbing. 9-13-03 5:30 pm exit 38 bandits caught in act. They tried to run down one climber for trying to take down tag numbers and several verbal threats were made. over 5 cars known to have been prowled . There were two strong arm men, fat, tall ,dark hair, in 40's in white foreign full sized SUV,three men over 40 , one with all white hair, in dark grey ( almost black )Chevy Tahoe, one man in 20's on trail with walkie talkie picked up later by white SUV ,all men talked with acsent believed to be Russian . Tag numbers taken,321pwz,202rht,212hwp, it's believed that one SUV had different tags on the front and rear. State police responded in five minutes but the bandits had just left. King CO sheriff took statements several hours later. If you see them car prowling, call it into the state police with the direction on I-90 with a description of the vehicles. DO NOT confront then they are aggressive, try to take pictures. We now have a case number, 03-290856 Anyone with info or past stolen credit cards from the area please call King Co detectives at 206-296-4280 anyone car prowled on 9-13-03 call sheriff Christopher Myers at 206 296-3853 We need to get resolve and some action on this matter. How safe can you be at your climbing area knowing 6 thugs are car prowling your cars.

The bandit is back!!! Same shit breaks in cars only does credit cards locks car back up. He has a like for the subaru OUTBACK. Did my girlfriends car Wednesday left xtra climbing gear went through cloths and items in the car, took nothing locked car back up, sometime after 4 oclock he also forgot to turn the rear dome lite off and did not put the cloths back as neet as he used to , he's getting sloppy, or maybe a new trainee.

Yes there where five people climbing including myself .Two guys had just got off a route in the center of the wall and would have surely got taken out. My partner and I where close to the wall and watched the snag land three feet in front of us. Thanks to good Ju Ju no one was hurt. All crags have a drop ZONE don't linger in the ZONE stack the odds, helmets can do only so much, and are not nearly as safe as good judgement.

I suggest you shut your trap and lend a hand! I plan on going up after climbing season and doing clean up. Now would not be a good time , it would make some of the small debris unstable for the rest of the season. So STFU and lead a hand or just STFU When it's hot North Bend ROCKS

Recently a small snag fell from the top of nevermind wall ,it certainly would have took out anyone climbing on the center of the wall, I have been above nevermind wall and there is dangerous debris hanging , so as in most crags I would suggest staying out of the drop ZONE either stay close to the wall or back from the wall. Ok a week later and no response from the police When I talked to the officer ,no vigilante shit, I could give you the one plate # but do you think they will be in the same cars again? Two days later and i haven't heard squat but it's the weekend ,I will give it a few more weekdays than I think jons right, It's time to make noise. I think they are really working the climbers but all the trail heads are being worked and it would be rightious if someone would post on some of the other outdoor activities sites. I had a good climbing weekend and I am feeling much better now

Two days ago I put up new BIG signs today the one in the parking lot was down so i looked around and found it in a bush and put it back up high on tree so as I am walking under the climb side dish I look down see red car and the banbits doing there thing instead of calling the police I take off find them still in the parking lot pictures where taken plate # were taken and I looked him in the face from two feet .I had left my pack on the RR grade by two girls when I went back and told them what had happened they said they had credit cards in there car ,I ask if they had seen the big sign on the trail, they had So now my neck is on the line ,what's it take for climbers to not leave Credit cards in there car To top it off after the bandits took off this dude shows up ,looks just like the dude that did my credit card 4 years ago, hangs close not saying anything has rope and stick clip just taking in beta .This would be the hold back man . This is the dude that stays back and finds out just how much the police know. Looking for car camping somewhere along I90, Preferably with showers if I have to pay. I know of some of the gravel pit or logging road camping, It pretty much sucks. If you know of a good private spot email or PM me I can be trusted and cool about it.
