If I wanted to read a book about Andrew Todhunter's masturbatory self centered narcissisism I would have had a different opinion. But honestly that book is 95% about Todhunter and 5% about Osman.

Don't think N Van MEC is open yet. Downtown Vancouver is casual except during rush hour. Avoid rush hour. It might be faster to go through Aldergrove and then follow Highway 1 to Horseshoe Bay (thus avoiding downtown entirely on the way up) Should take about 2.5-3 hours from Bellingham to Whistler seeing as how it is your first time.
