kids crampons

I know theres been threads on this inthe past but Ive never found any to buy, do they exist? has anyone had successs modifying furll size crampons down to kids size?

I use BD Contact Strap crampons for my clones. They adjust to pretty small size. My 9 year old wears them just fine.

kids wearing crampons. that is some scary stuff. Some full grown adults are incapable of using them safely and/or responsibly. I assume that your kids are much better people.

Yup... My now-9, then-8 year old sported Contact Straps on his snowboard boots on Hood last year, and I didn't even have to size them all the way down.

 

 

Teaching them how to not get their 'pons snagged on their own accessory loop at 8 instead of 24 = good parenting.
