tvashtarkatena Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 All controversial changes are hard fought and usually involve challenges afterwards. Bidness as usual. What, you wanna fight and not have to take any punches? Doesn't work that way. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 you mean passed FINALLY. So are we on? $5. I'd like to see it pass as much as the next guy, but I'm just being realistic. I'm really glad you guys got it on the ballot, though (theoretically) -- things like this usually need to be on the ballot several times before passing, it seems. (I signed, btw) It only goes on the ballot IF the legislature doesn't pass it first. THAT will probably more difficult than getting voters to go for it...but it's also a lot less expensive. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 so...ten dollah? ...says that I502 will pass, either by the WA legislature or voters. Winnings due when victory/failure is confirmed by the Secretary of State. Quote
rob Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 DEAL. $10 in cash, or in goods of appropriate value, as agreed upon by both parties. Quote
sobo Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 IIRC, Cool Hand won that bet, but just barely. Quote
