hanman
Just a heads up.... The big scar on the Blueberry route has gotten significantly larger last week, with a 20 foot new section missing below. P1 through the lower P3 of DR may have some fixed gear wiped. Kind of freaky, we were just up there 2 weeks ago... MH

hanman
Well I would have hoped it would at least stay together for a few more weeks
Riley81
Here is a picture of the rockfall Hanman is mentioning. (brown scar directly below old scar that changed the blueberry route) It is amazing how much seepage there has been up there this late in the year. Generally one would think that most of this type of rockfall would occur in April through early june, but the last snow season has caused a lot of unusual occurances in the outdoors. shapp
One reason to be super careful heading up to Squire Creek routes this year too, huge snow year, wet longer, could be more rock fall latter than expected.
FFSummers
I'm headed up to climb the Blueberry hill route in a couple weeks, has anyone climbed it since this latest slide? Has this altered the route much?
Riley81
Route goes up to the right. The one/two bolts on the route are to the right of the older scar. Can't imagine that it has affected the route. You should be good to go.
