Americans take more drugs, illicit and prescription, per capita than any other nation - despite warehousing 25% of the world's inmates (with only 5% of the world's population). That's after spending hundreds of billions over 40 years on the Drug War.

 

For anyone who cares about their kids, or about drugs in general as a public health issue, I'd say a different approach might be in order.
