denalidave Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 La Paloma in George, Wa. May the good lord bless all of Charlie Browns descendants and may they all prosper and live long life's. Dude was more than a good man, they don't make many like him any more and we are all the worse for it. Bless them all! __________________________________________________________ taco joint in Stevenson, WA - "La Casa de Sabor" - "The House of Flavor". - careful with that sauce, "spicy" is way too mild word to call that stuff. Good food, when they are open. ________________________________________________________________ Or, if they have any food left. They seem to run out of everything, all the time. Quote
RocketJSquirrel Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Zeke's outside of Gold Bar is a great spot to stop on the way back from Leavenworth/Index/Stevens Pass/the mountains. Quote
Pilchuck71 Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Zeke's outside of Gold Bar is a great spot to stop on the way back from Leavenworth/Index/Stevens Pass/the mountains. I would not cross the East bound lanes on highway 2 from West bound during weekend traffic unless they were giving the cheeseburgers away for free. Quote
summitchaserCJB Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 I am a personal fan of frozen pizza and beer. I am so close to L worth and Index! Quote

Le Piston Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 I used to love Zeke's, but it isn't what it used to be...sad to say. Here are a few other suggestions: For Mount Hood, I found Wall Street Pizza in Sandy...looks like a dive, but great pizza. Issaquah, 12th Ave. Cafe (especially for breakfast) and Triple X for burgers. Rainier...Copper Creek Restraunt. Kirkland, the Brown Bag Cafe...another great breakfast spot. I'm with Telemarker for South in Leavenworth...try the Big Wet Monster Burrito! I still like Gustav's for burgers and halibut fish and chips with a well earned beer. Quote
