mountainmatt Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Awesome! We were wondering if other people got out to Darrington on Saturday. We were up on Exfoliation dome, looks like similar conditions to ours. . Quote
hanman Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Good times Murphy- Had alot of fun this w/e. Urban Bypass is an excellent pitch- good thing I've got some winter weight to increase the shoe friction MH Quote
fgw Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Very nice! busy day in darrington. same shit on revolver/3 oclock rock, last 2 pitches were running & we bailed. think the party on total soul toppped out though. Quote
benmurphy Posted March 8, 2010 Author Posted March 8, 2010 Hell yeah man, you styled right up that pitch Great times all around! Looking forward to more sunny dayz... Quote
Pilchuck71 Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Nice Murphinator! Way to get a little and keep scoring the d-town granite! Quote
flashclimber Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Did anyone notice any anchors or bolts that needed to be replaced on either wall? I May(hint) be up there during the next nice weather stretch and do some work. Quote
hanman Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Urban Bypass is probably due- they are 5pc Powers fairly rusty including the anchor. An upgrade to SS may be good before they get too difficult to remove due to rust in the end cone. I'll give a hand if needed. MH Quote

ThorDog Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 Good TR, sometimes you have to just go no matter what the weather is doing! Especially in the North West, I know Duh.. But two of my best days last year where in the pouring rain! Then you use good technique or scream off the wall!! Quote
