E-rock Posted September 30, 2002 Posted September 30, 2002 I know this has been done ad naseum, but I didn't pay attention: Where in the Seattle area can I get my shoes resoled A. in less than a week B. with high quality craftmanship Quote
Scott_J Posted September 30, 2002 Posted September 30, 2002 Ramuta's is a fantastic place to get resoles! They have done numerous 5.10's for me, my hicking boots, my Chaco sandles. The place does the work quickly as well as good quality work. Quote
scot'teryx Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 John Ramuta just did a few pairs for me and I got them back in 3 days! I highly endorse Mr R [ 09-30-2002, 09:50 PM: Message edited by: scot'teryx ] Quote

allison Posted October 3, 2002 Posted October 3, 2002 RA-MU-TA RA-MU-TA RA-MU-TA RA-MU-TA I've hear rumors from the women in the wardrobe department at the 5th Avenue Theatre(they take all of their stuff there too) that they might be closing up shop. Anyone heard this? I would be heartbroken! Quote
sexual_chocolate Posted October 3, 2002 Posted October 3, 2002 I would imagine that John would continue resoling, since he does it out of his house anyways. The pick-up and drop-off site would change though, although I haven't heard of the shop on stewart closing. Quote
payaso Posted October 3, 2002 Posted October 3, 2002 How much do you usually pay for resoling rock shoes? Quote

glacier_dup1 Posted October 4, 2002 Posted October 4, 2002 Hey kids, Just stopped by Ramuta's to pick up a pair of repaired street shoes and inquired as to their status. OK, they are not closing their downtown shop (they plan on another 7 years). John is working out on his own now, but you can make dropoffs and pickups at the shop on Stewart. You can also drop off shoes at Stonegardens for John, as well. Quote
