WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Want to ski from camp muir to paradise tomorrow (6/12) or thurs (6/13). I have a camper on my truck so we could drive there after working hours today or tomorrow, sleep in the paradise parking lot, and wake up early and climb and ski (be back down by 4pm at the latest if we start around 7 or 8 am). I have a golden eagle pass too.

Wow, that's mighty slow. I did that ski a couple of weeks ago. Took about 3 hours R.T.

Bummer. I did it and it took me 7 hours. I quit skiing [Mad]

Just wanted to express my interest in ski mountaineering partners. I have done extensive front and backcountry skiing, and a good amount of mountaineering too. New to Portland and want to get out. I'm a nice guy too.
