minx Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 no this isn't a personal add... i suddenly find myself with my weekdays free. looking for partners for climbing whatever and skiing when the snow flies. shoot me a PM if you need a weekday partner Quote
minx Posted November 21, 2008 Author Posted November 21, 2008 whatever you'd get about the same amount of action either way. now stfu and stay off my thread. i'd actually like to find some people to do things with. Quote
Mendizale Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Hi minx. I'm also looking for something of a climbing partner, as I'm new to the area and haven't met many people yet. As it is I climb at Stone Gardens in Ballard, for fun and to winter train for for the sport and trad climbs I love so much in fairer weather. I'm currently working in retail, so my schedule is in constant flux, but I still get to the gym 2-4 times a week, often late morning or early afternoon. Let me know how to proceed, if you're game to meet up once in a while. Quote
ivan Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 i thought i was offering moral support - its sad to see partner requests get buried under the deluge - i should know - no one ever wants to climb w/ me Quote

markwebster Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Minx, I know a great climber named Bobby. He lives in Puyallup. I've climbed with him and he is good people. He also climbs with my main partner Christine, and she likes him too. He is off weekdays as he works weekends...I think as a bartender? Anyway, if you go to this webpage there is a post by Bobby, and you can contact him thru that board by logging in as a new user. He is always looking for partners as midweek is the worst. *http://www.edgeworks-climbing.com/cgi/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1211955593* Quote
Sherri Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Not meaning to sound optimistic about your unemployment prospects, but if you're still looking for someone with whom to climb whatever on warm weekdays next spring, I'd love to oblige. Quote
