techboy
I'm looking for a good set of publically accessible stairs to train on in PDX. At least 200-400 steps. Are there any such out here? Comparable to the "Death Steps" in Seattle? Is this even the right group to ask this question?
BillA
The mighty West Face of Mt. Tabor has a pretty good set of stairs.

techboy
Thanks guys! Totally appreciate it. Looks like the Mount Tabor steps are what I'm looking for. USBancorp sounds good, but, will security snarf me up? I guess I'll check it out. I used to do the Lloyd Center Tower when I worked there, it was awesome. I'd rather be hoofin it up Ruckle Creek or even Angel's Rest but, the cost of gas ain't so hot nowadays. P.S., I found a useful little book - The Little Red Book of Stairs "Portland's ultimate guide to more than 150 curious and colorful outdoor stairways". Multocolib.org has bunch!
