prole Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 Bush Endorses McCain. Since doing the exact opposite of what Bush would do seems to be the best course of action, after careful consideration, I've decided not to vote for John McCain. Kind of like that Seinfeld episode when George gets the job with the Yankees. Quote

prole Posted March 5, 2008 Author Posted March 5, 2008 Well, since I often hear people say "things will get worse before they get better", I figured I'd hasten America's already rapid descent into chaos by trying to get another Republican elected. Then this whole Bush endorsement thing. Remember, exact opposite. Can't go wrong. Quote
Gary_Yngve Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 I could care less that Bush endorsed McCain. I could care less that Farrakhan endorsed Obama. I vote for who I think is best, not who someone tells me is best. Quote

I vote for who I think is best, not who someone tells me is best. Listen to the talking heads on the news. It's all part of politics. Bush endorses McCain publicly, does some fundraising for him, etc. And McCain looks for ways to simultaneously distance himself from Bush. It was a game Gore played very poorly, helping him lose an election he should have won decisively. Quote

So did the endorsement go something like this: : "this man'll make a great commander 'n chief......even if he's got one 'dem black babies..." Quote
