Police are now cracking down on the sale of balloons. It is thought that the purchase of large numbers of balloons may be related to the use of a new street drug called "shit".

"Shit is found all over and will be difficult to control. So we are controling the manufacture of the drug by limiting access to the components" said King County Sherrif's deputy Warren Boom.

"We may have to start monitoring the sale of toilet-paper too." he added.
