I drink a lot of fish oils.

I like the carlson's norway COD LIVER OIL with lemon.

 

 

It is less fishy than the fish oil type and my Naturopathic doctor and Chiropractor (no, not mike) recommend Carlson's. My ND also recommends using the stuff that is not in pill form, and taking at least 1 tablespoon a day- keeps the inflammation away.
