If your topic isn't here anymore, please look in the regional reports. Generally speaking, these sorts of queries get better attention and more current information if you post them in the regions, not to mention you might find your answer already posted there. It has almost 25,000 views, substantially more all the threads on the front page of the fitness forum combined. Hey, I do have to work around here now and then if I want to maintain my access to the keys for the Moderator Hut in Boston Basin and the CC.com helicopter.
