AlpineK Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 Ok just so I'm clear both of these things are posted in the Equipment Trader. I'll post them here since it would be really funny if somebody here bought either item or both. But ya never know.... 1999 Morbark chipper Model 2090/Lightning Got brush? Why not refine your mess into chips. $10,500 obo --------------------------------------------------------- 1981 International S1824. The truck has a dumping bed with 2' sides that fold down. It comes equipped with a PM 7002 knuckleboom that can lift up to 1900 lbs. $5000 obo Just a thought on your next road trip why not load up a shed and a scout vehicle or snowmobile for some real adventure. cj001f Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 How about a trade for a sublease on a bedroom in a 3bed home in Lake City? Quote
foraker Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 Chipper and Knuckleboom? Sounds like the title of a 70's or 80's 'buddy' movie. Quote
Dechristo Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 What diameter will the chipper handle? and what engine is in it? Quote
AlpineK Posted July 24, 2007 Author Posted July 24, 2007 It's a 9" chipper, so it's not quite as macho as the 12" varieties. The engine is a Cummins Quote
AlpineK Posted July 31, 2007 Author Posted July 31, 2007 I put a new battery in the knuckleboom yesterday. The thing runs like a top. I should also add that I have other stuff that I'm letting go of. Today I just sold a Stihl 066 chainsaw, but there's nobody here that's tough enough to wield an ubermacho saw like that. I still have a log dolly and a chainsaw winch attachment for sale. Quote

AlpineK Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 Yesterday a guy from Oregon came up and checked out the Knuckleboom truck. He liked it and gave me a pile of cash for it. He's going to get a dolly for his scout rig and trailer it back to OR on the back end of the Knuckleboom this morning. The only thing I have left to do is make a report of sale to the DOL. The truck is going to spend its days picking up large rocks. There's still a chipper available for sale. Quote
