chris
How does this apply to climbing? Music makes any hike/slog and solo climb more manageable. My girlfriends I-tunes doesn't want to recognize my non-Apple mp3 player, so I'm struggling to use a free-ware music media manager. Does anyone have one they really like? rbwen
I use Windows Media Player 10 with my mp3. I tried with iTunes by changing all the ITunes formatted songs to mp3s but it just wasn't working. The website for my player said WMP 10 would sync the songs for my player. rbwen

chris
I can do that too, but that means the albums are arranged alphabetically rather than in the intended order, and not all of my tracks are named.
Kevin_Matlock
It definitely helps to have the file name set so you can see what you are copying. Practically EVERY song file I have is named artist - song name and it's artist/song/album/track number/etc properties are set. And let me tell you, I have litterally thousands of forking files! Is this a pain? Am I a schiz? yes and yes. Gotta have something to do at 2am on nights I can't sleep and CC is down for maintenance.
