Ruckel ridge, Ruckel creek, Defiance...all good conditioners when you're looking for something different. If I'm short on time, I'll even hump up Munra Point with a heavy pack on for a good after work thrashing. I've come down Munra with a headlamp more than once. That's fun. If anyone else is curious, the "catwalk" is dry, though there was snow on Benson Plateau, so there's a little routefinding involved if you want to return via the Ruckel Creek trail. I was just up there today, and, yes there is some snow up at Benson Plateau. Of course I got a little lost, but thats what fun about snow... Where is this "catwalk" you are talking about?
