Recycled Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 After my last back, butt and ball waxing, it became apparent that I'm just too jumpy and stressed out. I went to get a soothing herbal colonic, but just couldn't decide which music to listen to while being clensed. Yanni's a bit stale, and the old stand-by water and wind sounds just don't do it for me anymore. What does everyone else listen to while getting your colonics done? BTW, I tried the Pretenders, but I just jumped around too much with sad consequences. Quote
ashw_justin Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 I like to go with Sounds of the Rainforest: http://www.christiananswers.net/kids/sounds.html Before, I was trying naively to use Enya, but I'd always get riled up by her emotive crescendos, at the most inopportune times. But then I went trekking in the South American Jungle, and came down with the worst bout of effusive bowel distress you could imagine, brought on by one of the exotic natural parasites. Now when I listen to Rainforest, it all comes back to me and I can just open up on the spot. Quote
zaugg Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 colonic real bitch when buttcheeks clench due to crescendo enya Quote
sitandbefit Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 I know exactly how you feel. New Age is the soundtrack to my life. I follow the scene really closely and have found the new stuff lacking (I need music for self-reflection, not music that distracts). Here is a good article. Today's New Age Music is Crap I have to go now, my turtlenecks are ready at the dry cleaners. Matt Quote

AlpineK Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 Gary how can you relax with that horid outfit. Really don't you know that blue and yellow clash. Why just looking at those white cotton underwear makes me ill. I really need to light some sage and meditate now. Quote
Gary_Yngve Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 I think you're mistaken. Yellow, green, and blue go well together. Check out Brazil's flag. Quote
AlpineK Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 Gary I don't mean to be so bold, but it would really help if you had your aura adjusted. Just a thought. Quote
