Ben Firth climbed it the year it went up, Guy climbed it earlier this wionter, then Raphael (?) and Wiill just did the first 3 pitches a few days ago... Yeah... stopping half way up a route because the upper pitches aren't hard makes sense! Jesus dude... I just wanted to post some nice ice porn pics and give some props to some local guys for getting out and you decide to contribute by taking a big fat dump on this thread. I would think some one like yourself who actually climbs ice and understands how insanely hard this route is would be stoked. But no. Do us all a favor and stay in spray. G-spotter Posted March 20, 2006 Share Posted March 20, 2006 OK, but the info I have heard/read is that Cryophobia was repeated at least twice in 2002/2003 and at least once since then (think there was a year where it didn't form, too?), so in the interests of accurate reporting I would suggest this is not the "second continuous ascent" but more like the 5th.
