plexus Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 So Front Range Bouldering offers a podcast, when are we going to get our hardmen (and women) spray their beta on a podcast. Its good background chatter when surfing. Any plans on this Jon? Quote
olyclimber Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 I've listened to a climbing podcast before, and it was the most useless drivel I have heard in a long time and I was ashamed at wasting my time listening to it. Quote
plexus Posted January 20, 2006 Author Posted January 20, 2006 Podcaster I have listened to did nothing for me. But I think regionally this is something that is useful. IE: Since I live in Denver now listening to Front Range Bouldering, I got some beta on some problems in Castlewood Canyon that us mere mortals could actually try. True, some of it is drivel, but you can get some good tidbits from them. And besides, I wanna hear about the sacrificial Devil's Club ritual on the Mox Spire climb from Layton!! Quote
selkirk Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 A podcast from here would so get the FCC crawlin up in there. Quote
foraker Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 You spent $400 to listen to future high school dropouts repeatedly scream 'Send it, dude!!!!!'?????? Quote
marylou Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 You don't need an ipod to do the podcast thing. Not that I want to listen to 'send it dude' but podcasts are pretty cool whether you had an ipod or not. Quote
fenderfour Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 The Ricky Gervais Podcasts are the shit Ricky Gervais Quote
olyclimber Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 somebody should do a podcast just reading all the posts in spray. maybe even get different voices for each poster. that would be great listening for in the car on the way to the crag. Quote
