lepiolet
I agree with the Camp Hazard glissade especially from above the Hourglass down to the Nisqually, even in later season, when the snows to the sides are gone, the glissade run is still good (just stay IN the chute! Ouch!) My other favorite is Mt Elinor.
lancegranite
How about these... Glissades?
catbirdseat
I used to live for glissades, but now that I know how things can go tragically out of control, I'm a lot more careful about glissading and don't do it as much.
Norman_Clyde
They're snowboards called Glissades. Boards are better than buttocks as a sliding surface IMO.
bobbyperu
glissade snowboards pretty much rule the day...i'm rockin a 68 biggun, and it shreds real good...the 75 is pretty boss as well, specially when it gets deep. that said, i'll be smashing yer stash to peices this winter just a heads up

Well Barry, boards certainly have better edges than butts. Butts don't have much directional control at all.
EWolfe
However, carrying a glissade board on a 5.9 chimney so you can enjoy the ride down, is a guaranteed buzzkill.
olyclimber
The glissade is something one must judge, like a fine wine. Don't drink it if its to too young or too old. Â If you've never had a good one, then I guess you can't appreciate.

lancegranite
Just talked to my guy inside, they are going to be making small batches with changing graffics instead of whole production runs.
slaphappy
I also have an 85, a 68 Big Gun and the Tex Davenport sig model, best boards out there by far. Â Now if I can just get them to make me a split with inside edges outta a 68 Big Gun I would truly be in bliss. Â Lance, if you got connections hook me up!!! I'll take you out to the best stashes on my RMK900 when you're up here
