Is there any difference between a "Barryvox" and a "Barryvox Opto 3000"?

Barryvox is a brand. The Barryvox Opto3000 is a model. Barryvox also makes the Barryvox VS2000, a pro model analog beacon as well as older/other models.

 

The Burton Red 457 beacon is a barryvox in blue plastic.

 

Globalmart.com had Pieps DSP for $275 earlier this year; it appears no longer active.
