Looks like rainy pass takes 5 business days for local customers or repair +50% for expedited orders. So if I wanted it for this weekend it would probably cost about $40. Any other suggestions?

If it is a small hole, repair it yourself.

Get a patch of 400 or 500 Cordura and cut it to 2 round about 1” bigger then the hole diameter.

Get some seam sealer and fill the hole with the seam sealer.

Smudge some sealer on the top and bottom of the hole lay the patches to cove the holes evenly, then coat the patches with a—THIN-- coat of sealer.

Let it dry for 24 hours.

Might try Transition Threadworks in Tacoma. 253-359-4875. They do alot of work on tents, packs, and other gear. They put a floating lid and a crampon patch on my Arteryx pack and now my Khamsin 38 is even better than stock. (Yes it's possible!)
