thelawgoddess Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 for anybody that's been to wa pass lately, how are the bugs? Quote
Squid Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 they're doing ok, thanks for asking. They say hi. Quote
selkirk Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Pretty benign. Saw a few in the basin SW of Cutthroat and was somewhat glad for bug netting. My wife got a few mosquito bites picking huckleberries by the Blue Lake trailhead, but the friend she was with didn't. Didn't notice any on the trail up to the Lib. Bell area. Where you goin? Quote
Kitergal Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 pretty yummy. I really like the green ones...but I heard the black ones have more protein. Quote
Off_White Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 WA Pass is nice, but the Bugaboos are bigger and more impressive. Winter comes earlier up there though... Quote
Cobra_Commander Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 I personally would not take a buggy to wa pass. Quote
