deadbeatchrist Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 So I have only been climbing a few times with my gf and her 'crew,' and I really would like to go more. Unfortunately, being a beginner, I can't really do the whole 2-day alpine type climbs they do... mainly because I don't have all the equipment needed. I have a harness and shoes, and access to ropes and cams and probably other things as needed. Basically, I just want to get all the basic skill stuff out of the way so that I can surprise her next time she decides to let me tag along. I am in good shape, and don't complain or whine... I guess I just need someone (even multiple someones) to take me under thier wing a couple of times so that I can (someday) keep up. Thanks.
