iain Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 If you are referring to the posting of random blog links to make points, the answer is clearly no. Quote

murraysovereign Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 How did the two parties' colours get reversed? Everywhere else that I can think of, red is associated with the left (Communists, Social Democrats, Tony Blair's Labour Party...), and blue with the right. And I think it used to be that way in the US, as well. When did the switch happen, and why? Quote
E-rock Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Looks like a HOAX to me, just a mirror image of THIS CONFIRMED HOAX Quote

foraker Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Will it stop? Â You mean the deficit? No. With another four years of Bush/Kleptocrat economics looming ahead, I hope certain people won't be complaining when we have to seriously raise taxes in order to pay for the little spending binge we're on. Hope ya'll don't mind when everyone holding our debts (e.g. the Chinese, the Japanese) come calling wanting to be paid back. I seem to recall the Kleptocrats being about fiscal responsibility. Oh well. Another illusion shattered along with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. Â (Patiently expecting someone to say "Oh, we'll take care of those trillions of dollars with an improved economy".......) Quote
foraker Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Hmmm. Maybe that's Shrub's plan. Later, when we're broke, I bet all those grateful Iraqi's will help bail us out. It's so crazy, it just might work! Quote

badvoodoo Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 And here I thought this post would be about this site. Â Which is far more entertaining than the original link. Quote
foraker Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 The other thing that's ironic about the whole 'red v blue states' issue is that all of the red states are 'federal welfare states'. That is, that take in more money from the federal government than they pay into it. Thus, the blue states are paying the way for the red states.... Quote
