ken4ord Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 If I had one I'd loan it to you. Definitely hit up the Summerville Lake area, that is by far one of my favorite places there. Have fun. Quote
specialed Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 I got one you can borrow. I sure as hell aint gunna be using it in the foreseeable century. Quote
RuMR Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 ahhh...but what about getting lost on Central Endless...you could spend days there and not run into anyone...then there's fern point and idol point and beauty (both sides) and the area in between beauty and endless...and then there's kaymor and butcher's branch and then there's the meadows...ahhhh man, what to do, what to do?!?!?! ken4ord Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 So true. Then if it is raining there is Hell Hole and Bridge Wall, the Bridge Wall sucks though, staying dry is what it has going for it. Endless Wall is really nice, but Summerville it is my favorite. Quote
EWolfe Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 I got a copy as well if Pete's falls through. Im jealous Have fun at the best climbing area in the states Quote
daler Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 Hey alex, I just spent 10 days in the New. If you need any beta let me know. That place would be the best crag america if the weather was better. dale Quote
Jedi Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 I had my share of rainy days there. But there are places to climb in the rain with all the overhanging rock. Camping at Rogers was a good deal last time I was there. He keeps an eye on your stuff while your gone all day. He is over by Kaymoor. Endless is the place to hang out if the weather is cool because it gets quite a bit of sun. Dale, what were your 5 most favorite routes? Jedi Quote
