I am flushed with excitement at the prospect of GETTING SOME useful medication for a LACK OF PERFORMANCE by some part of my body while climbing at altitude. If my performance is enhanced for more than four hours, should I call my doctor?

The reason for the difference in side effects between Cialis and Viagra was explained to me as follows. Both drugs work by virtue of being PDE5 inhibitors (PDE stands for phosphodiesterase). Cialis is a pure PDE5 inhibitor, whereas, Viagra also inhibits PDE6 to a certain extent. PDE6 is found in the Yellow/Blue cones in the retina of your eyes. PDE6 inhibition interferes with perception of yellow colors and leads to the "blue haze" effect that some people report when taking Viagra.

"Sildenafil is used because there is a biochemical similarity between the penis and the lungs. " hahaha.gif

The penis is also similar to the retina. hahaha.gif

Edit: I see catbirdseat already explained it
