I am leaving the area as soon as my house sells and will probably check in now and then but not very often as I will be building my new house from the ground up. Dirt work to the roof and then the electrical, plumbing, etc. so for the next 8 to 10 months I'll be one busy SOB. Keep safe and be as nice and as mean to one-another as possible.
