Rocksanyone Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 I have one harness. Just depends on howmany routs we have TR for the little monsters at one time! How about shoes? Quote
Bug Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 That's a big huge maybe for me but I'll work on it. Quote
RuMR Posted March 11, 2004 Author Posted March 11, 2004 let's make this happen... I have a single harness, although i'll most likely be picking up another one...shoes might be a bit more problematic...although i'd wager your kids (Muffy) could fit into my shoes... They are 8 or so right? I've got shrimpo feet... Quote
Billygoat Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 I have a harness and shoes for my boy (7) that we can share and an alpine harness that can cinch down to fit any size human. I got lots of rope. And of course there will be adult swim. Quote
Bug Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 If I don't go, swing by and pick up my kid's shoes. They are about a size 12. My 8 yr old wears them. Quote
Rocksanyone Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 I've told my kids and they can't wait to go!! Aww, I think they hit a soft spot with me Makes me feel like the luckiest guy! April, May? Let's make definite plans! Even if I don't have mine on that weekend I'm sure the ex won't mind me stealing them! Quote
CascadeClimber Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 My kids are 6 ("Almost 7, Dad!") and 4. Keep me in the loop on this- though I probably won't truck them all the way to Smith. Would also be interested in some half-day 32/38 outings with others with kids. -L Quote
sk Posted March 17, 2004 Posted March 17, 2004 BUMP My best friend and I are planning on taking the boys to smith on april 17th. I am still working on sleeping bags and harnesss. they are used to climbing in their sneakers (well with me any way) Sounds like a blast, I can't tell who is more excited them or me I do want to say that even people with out kids are welcome. it is always good to have extra hands and eyes and encouragement for little climbers. so if you enjoy kids and parents... I will be in the grasslands roasting hot dogs with Mustangsally, Thing 1 and Thing 2 Quote
sk Posted April 6, 2004 Posted April 6, 2004 BUMP next weekend folks (April 17th), any one else going to be there? Quote
