Fejas Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 After reading that Tex had his pic in the BD cat, it inspired me to take a gander at their site for a bit. After gandering I came across this. If one pin wont fit, tape three together and cram them in... Discuss Quote
chirp Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 Bomber, what else you gonna cram in a shallow, bottoming crack? Just make sure ya got all of em tied together, if that pops two of em are gonna be talus food Quote
Dru Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 shit i've done that with bouldering mats for chimneys Quote
Lambone Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 if it pops all three are talus food. pin stacks are nothing too unusuall...although I prefer a sawed-off Quote
Fejas Posted March 7, 2004 Author Posted March 7, 2004 I've stacked nuts and hexes, and herd of stacking two pins, but That looks fuckin jank! especialy with them sticking out as far as they are... thats all. Quote
thelawgoddess Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 after some testing, i'm sure i'd step up on it. Quote
Jedi Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 In something shallow, stacking beaks side by side works. Can't say I've done the same with RUPRs. Jedi Quote

That's why you tie them off close with a girth hitch. Looks at least body weight to me. I like the idea of the tape as a time saver...clip a draw to one eye as opposed to threading and tieing off all of them. Quote
