A master carpenter, it would be a livable dwelling with no damage to the tree. The caveat was you had to let him live in it for a year, then it was yours. Quote

He's written two coffee table books about treehouses. The first book tells about building a WAY cool treehouse on Saltspring Island. His book was one of my inspirations for building a house on stilts in my back yard. Didn't have a tree big enough-- but it feels kind of the same inside. Quote
