I've been re-watching DVDs of the first two seasons of Monty Python's Flying Circus with my kids. It brings back a lot of memories of watching them with my own parents. But it also amazes me how many of their silly recurring jokes and skit lines have made it into everyday conversation.

Watch it. You are going to get kids like mine. They are in their 20s now and have weird sense of humor.

Introduce them to Faulty Towers, Mr. Bean, the Black Adder, etc. If not too wee go ahead and show them House 1 and House 2, Oblivion, etc.

You guys should be reported to CPS! There's nothing worse than some self-important "iconoclast" who thinks they are so much better just because they "like" dorky british humour.

You are going to raise kids who don't laugh, but instead "chuckle with delight". Barf. thumbs_down.gif
