I still drink coffee, one home made two shot americano every morning! Heck, it increases concentration, which I NEED (serious ADD) and its supposed to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's!

 

Plus........... its slides down sooooo smoothly with breakfast.....

Lately I'm super stoked on coconut in oatmeal.

 

The good news is, is that coconut is thought to be fantastic for your immune system! Although coconut fat is saturated, because it is of the class of tryglicerides termed Medium Chain, it is very unlikely to end up drifting around in the blood stream binding vessel walls. Instead it is readily used for energy!
