    Awesome folks!
  3. [TR] MT. HOOD - Devils Kitchen Headwall 02/12/2020

Thanks for the fantastic condition report! Not as many windows as 2019 this winter, but it looks like things are shaping up!

  6. Through a strange turn of events, I managed to pick up an extra 2x sets of BD Alpine Carbon Z 120cm poles that I cannot return. I searched around a bit and tried to price these lower than anything else on the internet!$155 shipped per set, and I’ll knock of $10 if you can pick up in Seattle (98101)
  7. I’ve got two of these, still totally new, each for $100. Great deal!Pickup in Seattle, or slap on $10 to be shipped in the USA.

  17. [TR] Mount Adams - Adams Glacier 06/11/2019

Very cool! I’ve been wanting to do this for a while!
  18. [TR] Mount Baker - North Ridge 6/3/19

July is a safe bet for the route. The Coleman Glacier is still in great shape and very easy to navigate at the moment. As mentioned earlier, it seems like we are a few weeks ahead.
  19. [TR] Mount Baker - North Ridge 6/3/19

I believe that it is just what is typically referred to as the “right variation”.
  20. [TR] Mt Hood - North Face 05/01/2019

Nothing that exciting haha. We ditched our poles close to the bottom of the North Face and figured that would be the quickest way to retrieve them. In hindsight it would probably have been easier to just pack them.
  21. For sale are my lightly used pair of La Sportiva G2 SM boots in size 42.5. They where purchased in Febuary 2016 and are still in very good condition. They are unfortunately a little too small for me, which had been fine until I had to wear them for 10 days in a row. Available for pickup in downtown Seattle for $590.
  22. Kautz Conditions?

Fellow climbers! Has anybody recently got on the Kautz route on Rainier? I climbed the Fuhrer Finger a couple weeks ago, and on our way up, there were plenty of folks who were shooting for the Kautz coming down because they heard that it was no good. I also heard from several IMG guides that it was no good. Unfortunately, none of these people had actually seen the would-be uncrossable obstacle in person. I did give the rangers a phone call asking about conditions, and they said that things were normal up there though. I'm yet to see a trip report here or a route tick on Mountain Project, so I am not quite sure what to believe.. Any good info would be much appreciated! I'm hoping to go up there this upcoming weekend.
