I agree with you on more than a few of your points CM(Zip). A feeling of being the first one through would be something to hang on to. My brief history in the area of the last 12 years or so have seen many changes and I can tell you the feelings I have had while witnessing these changes has varied the spectrum.

I like it at the beginning of the season and all the duff and dirt is a fine lubricating layer on the slab.
