No, I don't know of the person you speak of. Didn't think I was beating up on tree climbing; I rather like climbing trees. Was actually,(if you reread my original post), questioning the practice of breaking branches off of a tree. That question has since been answered by the party in question. sorry, im a tad incoherent . i was speaking of beating up on trees. you don't have to do that on denali. there are no trees... right???? guess beating up on a tree is better than playing wack a mole with a sea lion. -

They are protected under the Marine Mammal Act. It's been a big quandry for all concerned and waivers have had to be applied for and approved in order to cull the problem seals. to bad the falcon aren't eating the endangered salmon.... -

the other route that goes up that face that jim and i put up was named smoke signals AKA barneys bullt after the barney fife ranger guy tried to yank us off the face cause he didn't know it was open. your always gonna get grief climbing up high on that face. not like you climbed the delicate arch or anything. -

i like the part where the dhrmabum yells out of his window from his idling car where giant trees once stood disapproving of ivan bullying a tiny tree growing from a rock that you couldn't keep a crack clean of vegetation if you tried. FUCKING PRICELESS :lmao your revolution is over, condolences. the BUMS lost. -
Yes, perhaps I should contribute; here goes: Today I went to Vantage--it was SICK! On the way to Vantage I stopped at the gas station where I was like, "Should I fill up with Unleaded or Premium. Hmmmm. Well," I thought, "you only live once!" so I filled 'er up with premium unleaded...SICK! Next, I stopped in North Bend where I stopped and bought a breakfast sandwich, a cup 'o joe, and a maxipad; the sandwich was to DIE FOR; the coffee was HOT; and the maxipad, oh so soft. SICK! At Vantage I climbed a bunch of gas ass sport routes--SICK! I took 20 draws (10 with orange dog bones; 10 with pink dog bones); however, I only used 11. I also brought bigbros (did not use); balznuts (did not use); nuts (did not use); pickets (did not use), crampons (did not use), plastic boots (used only for the approach), and testicles (DID NOT USE). SICK! The drive home--SICK! Will post some pictures later. All in all a SICK day! Thanks to all my bros and hos--you guys rock; what would I do without you. Oh yeah! And props to Jane for her first lead! Super duper SICK! Sounds SUPER FUN Cheers Why buy a mattress anywhere else ding! noway, mike picked up a SICKY sense of humor in UTAH...
