this ain't punk but a close relative. your fucking cool in my book but here is a little catchy little diddy that you and larry craig can tap your foot to. _cMVzqh_yKY

that's fine but i'm not painting any more fences, sanding any more floors, waxing any more cars and you know what you can do with your fuckingchop sticks.
-
and i'm sure the path you walk is larger than life it self.

I just did, but we had a post storm. In addition to the above, consider that agriculture that depends most on pollinators, such as orchards, enjoy the lower end of these profit margins. ok excellent, the source of the problem. When you say "farming is a low margin business", it is certainly accurate as a generalization ; i myself am not big on generalizations, so that is what i took exception to. if one lives one's life according to an understanding based on generalizations, one lives a life of mediocrity, imo, since generalizations are usually short on wisdom and high on conformity. So, in other words, I won that round. Hey, and thanks for the life coaching, sense. I've always had a problem with conformity. Who would have thought that a jewel in the eye of the lotus would emerge from this cesspool, bathed in a piercing, crystalline light, to guide us to satori. OK, on to my next mediocre experience. trash, i fucking love you man. now get rid of that ghey scarf.

No need to get offensive John. Pink use to run laps on Beacon all year long. Predated Ivan:-) 6 solo laps = over 5000' if you hit the top. He's just saying this is what he use to do way back when to stay in shape. I think that it may be the best thing ever for both cardio and rock climbing strength at the same time. I've never hit it in the wet cordless though, and the thought of heading out there in this kind of weather, in the dark too, terrifies me. I couldn't do it. I could do it naked on a warm sunny day though! Since she lives in Seattle, she'll have to find her own lil playground locally. I like the workout partner idea. I notice that Ujahn and I will get some ski runs in, then sometimes also hit like Petes, Beacon, the woods or Ozone weather dependant. Course, somethings my legs are cramping from just the runs, and we'll go stand at the base of something and just hang out for a while, too satiated and content too want to get on anything. After work, wife and I will go for walks. I try to convince her that we should hike up the creek (I carry weights in the pack) but she's not into doing that in the dark. But Kitergal is asking what should she do during the week. If you are still in school K-gal, I'd hit their gym after class or find something you love to do like swimming or racketball, otherwise, noticed that both John and Marcus do Crossfit and that shite seems to be doing the trick as there may not be many stronger folks on this site for sure. Might take an exercise class at school. PSU does an alumnus deal, it use to be $45 a year to use their stuff, (it's got to be way more now) maybe your school does the same? thanks bill more importantly train for the climb you are going to climb . the tour de france dudes for example . the smart riders train on the course to train. this is what i'm trying say. not bragging (john might feel different) but i could do the south east corner via little wing and uprising in about 11 minute and as far as training it was the full on strength/cardio/and get my head in the game package. sorry if i came across over bearing but i thought the question was your best work out. that's cool i get worked up sometime myself. it's all good we are all in the same boat and enjoy the same activities. isn't that why we are all here?

Concerning since I have two hives but they seem to be doing well and swarmed twice last summer for lack of creating room. that because you believe in god and he only cares about people who stroke his ego. Pink=dumb shit

i am not comparing anything. and i thought we were talking about henry not black flag. just saying if henry was way into marketing well he failed miserably at it. ask someone who know who gene simmons is and then ask some who henry rollins is. black flag was a greg ginn thing, and yes i am aware of the history. i agree with the blues influence but i hear some complicated jazz offbeats as well, liar for example. it's all fun to listen to, this thread was meant to be more of a tribute to punk not an debate of what punk is and isn't. i enjoy all your opinions but don't care if you don't like mine.

i wouldn't expect your family to feel any other way. the bright side enables one to move on and keep the machine running.

i know, i just wanted to get in on the whole gloom and doom thing. that's all you hear these day's. global warming, new world order, super volcano, super storms, meteors striking the planet and infected with disease,or creating an ice age, tsunami, imperialism in this country this list goes on. i'm surprised nobody called me out on believing every thing you read. one of my friends is the biggest conspiracy theorist/end of the world/born again christian/endtimes/gloom and doom conspirator i know, i'm sure we all have one. i don't necessarily believe or disbelieve in anything. it doesn't matter if i do, it won't change the out come. have fun and be a good person and only good can come out of it IMO.

not really, he got booed off stage at gheyaasspalooza because trent artsy fag reznor fans wanted to fly their freak flags. that wasn't the only time that ever happened. gene simmons is more of a marketing icon as ghey as he is. my henry rollins action figure is still on back order. the henry you speak of came later at the end of his music career mid 90's.

works for me.

wasn't talking about el cap. was talking about mileage on easier terrain. el cap is only 2800 feet tall the last time i checked and would never consider climbing it cordless. i could give a fuck what you know i've climbed but if you want to tell me what you have climbed i will surely lend you an ear and congratulate. you know i was accused of not contributing anything to this site, so i did and now i'm getting shit from someone who i don't know but would be glad to hang with you. i could take you or leave you. i know you climb at beacon and we have mutual friends, feel free to play your game and i'll play mine. sorry i don't have any new great trip reports, i do alot of cragging these days but nothing i would report. i can't get away that much anymore. just to let you know i think i will post it 80 more time since now i know it annoys you so much. maybe someday i can meet you, i am sure you are a great guy and then you can flip me shit to my face. i used to get in really good shape climbing fast on easy terrain and didn't mention el cap until bill chimed in. bring it on john. neither you or i are going to change the world. by the way i'm pretty pround of my achievements considering i grew up in the middle of a corn field and didn't have mommy and daddy credit card to feed my vice. i figured if i annoyed the great john frieh you might ignore me but it's good to know i can get under your skin and take space up in your head. have a wonderful evening,

i quit drinking and burning, and bill i feel about 10 years younger already. i lost seven pounds this week with my new habits. i wanna climb hard again. business is set and i'm ready to rock. heading south for two weeks in december and january and i can;t wait to fuck off on the rock. weather is kick ass here, don't miss the sogg. you gotta be captain crunch to deal.
-
probably not for you. i think he said he was climbing it in the summer. remember he asked your best. some laps in the wet cold at night with a headlamp is not unreasonable.i've had it worst. i have led A4 in the dark and i am no expert. you think it's hard to get motivated when waking up in your bed well try it on the mountain, i'm sure it would be good training. bill, you are getting old and i'm right behind ya but not quite yet.
