The billboard does not mention the mother's name nor does it show her photo. How does it violate her privacy exactly? Good question. And if a sex tape doesn't violate anyone's privacy, it's hard to imagine this would. It will be interested to see what a court says, though.

But then, on the other hand, people manage to publish sex tapes, and that's not ruled as defamation, I guess. She should just reply that it wasn't even his kid. LOL

I suppose even if it were true, though, it could still be defamation if it violated her privacy unreasonably about a matter that was not of public concern.

First of all, it would be libel, not slander, and only then if it was actually false (i.e. she didn't actually have an abortion.) And even if it wasn't libel, that doesn't mean it's automatically protected speech.

Well, first off, a systematic review IS a type of "study." In medicine, they are very common. Anyway, the value of systematic reviews is highly variable, since there are no common standards for such studies, and research teams often do not perform extended research. I'd like to see the publish article, including their objectives and methods. Do you have a link to the actual study as published by the team?

Dead children are not "kept out" of the news. Kept out by who? The global conspiracy? The recent NATO attack that killed 12 kids was all over the major news media. The huffington post reported on it, each of the major news corporations reported on it. The AP carried it. Each of them had the class, though, not to print snuff pictures of dead kids. Does that equal "sweeping it under the rug?" Or, maybe they did print them. I guess that's how Bill got them. I guess posting these sorts of photos is an acceptable method of argument, so maybe I should start, too. I'm sure there are lots of photos of innocent people being killed in Syria. I'll try to find a picture of that 13 year old kid who was tortured. That way, we won't be sweeping anything under the rug.
