  1. Ummmm....I will speak for the rest on a used 10+ times "pro deal" on a technical tarp with a rip which has been repaired. NOT
  2. A race would be fun....as long as I get a ride back I'll share a six pack, or even better...a case of brew down at Snow Lake before we get back to the cars.
  3. Interested in a 18hr or less traverse from Eagle PK through Unicorn PK sometime after the roads are open on Stevens Can Rd...... I'm considering Friday (MID) afternoon through a Saturday (MID) afternoon run the most. BV/ Fast, Loose, Light as hell... .....And I mean fast as hell!!!!!!!!!! No ropes (obviously), typical winter setup, 1 meal+backup, and just breaks here and there. Just need a second which is interested, and has a vehicle so we can loop around back toward our initial Longmire vehicle. Save this Post... because it should be fun with the right partner. Thanks
  4. PM me .....lets talk about this.
  5. Pending from my end. The sad thing is the 26.5 is perfect for me because I skiied a pair on several sizes but that size was perfect. What can I do to afford it?........................................................................................HMMMMM!
  6. I have done it 4 times in the winter, and have no beta on it apart from : Make sure you bring a bottle of 151 or equivalent. Be absolutely sure your tent door faces South. At 12K and about 244deg NNW from the Fingers general high camp you will find a rock cairn approximately 3.75 ft tall, LEAVE IT ALONE, and I say again LEAVE IT ALONE and do not open, remove or disturb any rocks on this pile. Beta on the Cairn is only know by 2 people, myself, and Mike Gauthier, which is of no concern to you what is under those rocks....Thanks The wind always whips around the Thumb route several knots stronger, so if you have to pee, face the left. You get great phone reception from the Finger. This is all I can say for now.
  7. Thanks...I saw that yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that...I climbed it leashless, and skiied down it.
