    this sucks!

Umm actually ade why dont you tell us who hacked it then I was skeptical to give details and wont give any more since asshole moderators like ade want to weigh in on crap they dont know what they are talking about. Besides it aint mine.
  2. I walked to get vantages of it from all points and was skeptical that it had snow in it all the way up and down. Until that is when I got a nice view from just below. There might be a mixed section but it appeared like it could be avoided to left or right on snow... I would expect finishing the climb after the couloir would be the most difficult. I love being an armchair expert
  3. Scott Burke has to be nutty. Does that mean crazy too
  4. It was? How far up the couloir did you get? Oh wait you didnt. You climbed around the north. Where all the windloaded shit was. It's all speculative. But just below it as sure fine and dandy. Firm as a worm.
  5. not my photo. taken from mtnphil.com actually not even sure if it's from the right side either
  6. Yes they can. Especially when you are looking at the other side of the mtn... Didn't need ice to climb it. Just snow. It was full of snow....
  7. The couloir that splits the mountain's ridge here WAS nice looking the day you were there..... Left hand one more direct and complete.... No real ice I bet though... just steep snow and mixed.
  8. That was one of the better trolls we have ever seen around here. My friend would likely send his complements if he ends up reading this. Or maybe not since it's his avatar

  10. I think pickets are great in the summer on volcanoes when crossing sketchy shit. I have even used them on technical ground when trying simul climb and dump them on the guy following mostly so I didn't have to carry them any more One time while climbing on the Kautz glacier and my partner was alt sick. I was happy to have 2 when descending in fear that he would drag my ass into a crevasse so we belayed on one section. 2-3 feet should be fine for many uses. I think in winter they are more valuable for staking down a tent but hey you can use other things to do that as well...

  12. Damn guys with avatars too. They were hiding from me.
  13. I never did that Nobody else did either. Those were all real people. I promise.
  14. Who's hiding behind avatars who!!!!???
  15. I think you have your history wrong there, Greg. It was Cavey who complained about "Strong Arm Tactics" when there was Seattleite resistence to an Eastside event. If I recall correctly, there had been a regular rotation of an east side event once a month, and attendance had been low over there, and there was a discussion about putting off the Eastside event for a week or two. Not really much of a difference is there
  16. daisy I am all yours
  17. So did some other people. It's just that when some say it, it takes like 45 comments to do something that normally takes like one sentence. Other end think too much?
  18. I dont think my other board name Bronco did ever either
  19. Fern's just one of my other board names
  20. From the looks of that web cam I wouldnt go there right now unless I desired to become a spindrift sandwich.
  21. BTW there was no route report on Big4 or Colonial. Only spray speculation of weather it was in or not by people. Some call that spray
  22. whatever I'm back to spray. Time to enlist some new avatars
  23. I only went there after Guest aka mvs tried to pile on top of shit he did not know about.
  24. I dont know that it is in. I do think that if the storm we have on this side (seattle area) is not potent enough to make it over there then it might be a good time to make a scout. Even with last weeks inversioning crap it still might be ok there. Who knows but if anyone climbs it let us know because I might want to as well.
