i've never had to put anything outside to sleep in my car ... unless i had a second person with me. the two main attractions for me are staying dry and staying safe. i travel alone a lot and being able to lock myself inside helps me sleep more soundly at night. oh, number three (which sometimes seems more like number one depending on the night) is the lack of bugs.

misterE, i LOVE the kitty picture - that's f'ing sweet! eRock, moving far sucks ass. hopefully you'll find a good solution. i didn't look too hard when i moved but discovered that some of those delivery services aren't too keen on finding their way to telluride. i packed as much as i could into and on top of my car ... and ended up throwing away whatever wouldn't fit. ah, well - good to thin things out every now and then. btw, if you're planning on coming back and just need to store some stuff let me know.

that's a spectacular deal if they have the size you want. they fit big and wide, though. the 5.5 was too big for me to get a decent performance fit and i wear a 6.5 street shoe. sierra's great about taking returns though!

i don't remember what we used a few years ago but i do remember there was the cheaper slow boat and then a more expensive fast boat that left from a different spot. sure is a long ride, but it's a nice place to hang out and chill though if you're into kicking it with your pals.
