Gear Stolen in Portland Oregon

I had most of my climbing gear stolen out of my car on 11/12 morning or 11/11 late.

List of gear.

Most of the gear is marked with a strip of red and strip of orange duct tape.

All my gear was in a navy blue Gregory backpack

One ring that was my grandfathers. Gold with Hematite Stone with the profile of a Greek warrior on it.

I was wondering the same thing.

Near S.E. 39th and Nehalem Parked on the street in a quiet neighborhood.

Had my rack taking from a completely empty looking vehicle in the same area in front of my girlfriend's, now wife's, house - but that was 14 years ago. Nothing has changed. You can't leave anything valuable in a car on the street - even out of sight - as someone may at some point see you load or unload from it there or follow you from somewhere you did.

Some of my gear was found. The backpack and a few things. Not much. Very bummed out. Should be happy to get anything.

The gear was found on the Springwater Corridor near 39th and Johnson Creek Blvd.
