although this post has degenerated from original query, i thought I'd toss in my two cents for worst gift ever. For my sixteenth birthday, my parents marched me down to the courthouse, and got me the gift of homeless youth... boy, was that a bitch of a present. i was cold and hungry for a while after that.

When I was young I begged my dad to get me this cool army tank for christmas. It was big, bad and awesome. Instead my liberal dad bought me a stupid fucking barn with farm animals. It sucked, and I never played with it. That whole christmas sucked. I hate christmas...bah humbug!

On my 16th birthday my parents payed for driving school and lessons but wouldn't let me get my licence because i wasn't responsable enough . worthless gift at the time.
