To find it, read Kiss or Kill. Then read Extreme Alpinism. Then train till you puke (literally) daily. Then go try to kill yourself in the mountains. The other option is to become depressed, angry, suicidal, and write good music. After you make several million dollars, kill yourself.

i get the inspired part. and i get the mad part. i just have trouble letting them flow together ...

i get it, but i still suck. Your just so inspired that you are mad. I know that is just rewording it. But here is an example, If i were truly mad and inspired instead of studing for finals and wasting time here i would be out climbing. But then if i were truly inspired and mad i won't be in school cause i would climb all the time.

when i went to law school i basically spent all of my time sailing. never went to class. didn't study for finals until the night before. just went sailing. school's a good way to support the madness.

 

too bad i'm not in school anymore!!!
